FileGrab doesn't just store files. It understands them. PDFs render inline so recipients can read documents without downloading. Audio files play directly in the browser with waveform visualization. Videos stream instantly in any format, from iPhone MOVs to camera MKVs. Even text files, XML, and HTML display natively.
Collect Data With Forms
Need to gather RSVPs, feedback, or contact information? Build a form with our drag-and-drop editor and share it with a link or embed it on your website. Export submissions as CSV or JSON. No third-party form service needed. It's built right into FileGrab.
AI-Powered Transcription
Supported audio and video files can be submitted for AI transcription using available credits. When processing succeeds, you can search spoken content, copy text, or download the transcript.
Know Who's Watching
Pro users get statistics for every link: how many people viewed it, privacy-preserving unique visitor counts derived from one-way hashes, and download counts per file. IP addresses may still be processed separately for authentication, fraud prevention, abuse response, and infrastructure security. Upload notifications let you know the moment someone adds files. Choose instant, hourly, or daily digests.

FileGrab runs entirely on Cloudflare's global edge network. That means:

Our free tier gives you 2 GB with no ads. Pro starts at $10/month or $100/year for 10 GB with features such as password protection, custom expiry, file management, and optional file-content encryption. Higher-capacity Pro tiers are listed on the pricing page.

Security Built In
Eligible executable files are automatically submitted for malware scanning. Suspicious, detected, or reported files may be held and blocked while they are reviewed. No scanning system can guarantee detection of every harmful file, so recipients should still use normal caution with untrusted uploads.
Privacy First
Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell personal data or use advertising trackers. For link statistics, we use one-way hashes to count unique visits without exposing raw IP addresses to link owners. We may process or retain IP addresses for authentication, security, fraud prevention, contact and abuse reports, and infrastructure logging as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pro users can optionally add file-content encryption to supported links. Your files are encrypted in your browser before they ever leave your device, and the decryption key stays in the URL, never on our servers. FileGrab cannot decrypt files protected by that optional mode without the complete link.
We use essential cookies and anonymous analytics to improve the service. No advertising trackers, no data sold. Just file sharing, done right.
