Recent Updates
August 2026: Configurable Pro Storage
- Pro starts at $5 per month with 100 GB of account storage
- Customers can choose any whole-dollar monthly amount through $90 for up to 2 TB
- New Pro configurations are monthly and storage-only
- Existing fixed monthly and annual subscriptions keep their current price and allowance
August 2026: Free Storage Increased to 3 GB
- Free accounts now include 3 GB of total storage
- The maximum size of one Free file remains 2 GB
- Existing Free accounts receive the larger total allowance automatically
August 2026: Work Agent File Operations
- Agents can confirm a valid email and receive a key for links, uploads, files, and optional transcription
- New standalone agent emails receive the normal Free account allowance
- Free and Pro accounts can use their existing storage allowance without a separate agent balance
- Upload status, safe retries, checksums, and verified downloads are documented in one agent-readable instruction file
- Mailbox access must be confirmed again every 7 days
- An authorized agent can start transcription with account credits, poll its status, and download completed transcript formats

- Link-level OG images for social sharing (now available to all users)

Media Previews
Recipients preview content without downloading:
- Video: HLS streaming, any format
- Audio: Waveform display, playback controls
- Images: Full-res preview, HEIC/RAW conversion
- Documents: PDF viewer, Office file conversion
Transcription (separate credits)
Choose Transcribe for a supported video or audio file to use available credits and create a searchable transcript when processing succeeds. Sync playback with transcript text.
